Pie
Aunt Polly has a pie shop. She makes the best pies in the city. Alice, her niece, feels that her aunt is the only one that appreciates her. Unfortunately, her aunt dies. In her will, she leaves Lardo, her cat, to Alice. The town goes crazy thinking the aunt left her pie recipe to a cat. Since everybody thinks Lardo has the recipe, somebody steels him. Will Alice ever get Lardo back? Will they ever find the secret pie crust recipe?
This is the best book I have ever read. I like this book because it draws you in. For example, when her aunt dies the reader wants to know why. Once you start reading it you cannot put the book down, especially when somebody steels Lardo, the cat.
If you are looking for a great book, I would recommend Pie. I give this book five paws.
